Do you visit before quoting?
For regular cleaning, we look at the site first, then provide a written scope, schedule and price. For periodic work, tell us what needs cleaning so we can discuss the next step.
Can I book a one-off job?
Yes. Window cleaning, pressure washing, kitchen deep cleans and vinyl floor scrubbing can be discussed as separate periodic jobs.
Can you work around our access times?
Tell us when your site is accessible. We will discuss a suitable schedule before any work is agreed.
What experience do you have with larger facilities?
Our experience includes periodic window cleaning at large aged-care facilities, commercial kitchen cleaning, vinyl floor scrubbing and high dusting. This experience is not a claim of clinical infection-control capability.
